Delivery & Returns Info

All our items are stored and distributed from within the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mail and Hermes as our shipping partners and guarantee your item will be dispatched the following working day. United Kingdom deliveries typically take 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Orders outside the United Kingdom usually take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive. We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched.

United Kingdom
Delivery to the UK is FREE and will be sent by either Royal Mail or DPD with both services providing you with insurance cover. For larger packages we will provide tracking information and a signature will be required at the destination.

Outside of United Kingdom
Delivery outside of the UK will be calculated on the overall weight of your package and depending on the weight of the parcel it will by sent by either Royal Mail International Signed For or Hermes. For your protection a signature will be required at the destination. The shopping bag will automatically update the shipping cost according to the item(s) selected.

Duty payments
If your delivery address is outside of United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

Returns policy
We are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) upon receipt.

You are also entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.

We regret that all underwear are non-returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. This includes briefs and socks.

To ensure your return is processed correctly you must use the the following returns slip.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We cannot accept liability for parcels damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
